① I am the legitimate owner of this Instagram account.
② All information I have provided is accurate and truthful.
③ I will not attempt to recover the account myself, contact Meta directly about this case, or use any other recovery service while JM Account Recovery is working on my case.
④ I understand that account recovery is not guaranteed — the final decision lies entirely with Meta.
⑤ I will monitor my email throughout the process. If Meta sends me a recovery notification, I will inform JM Account Recovery immediately.
⑥ I have read and agree to the refund policy: 100% refund if no work was started, 50% refund if the case was escalated but Meta denied the appeal, 0% refund if I cancel after work begins, provide incorrect information, or interfere with the process.
